• Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit.

• Late Arrivals: To respect the time of all our clients, we have a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit their deposit.

• Preparing Your Hair: For the best results, please arrive with your hair washed, fully detangled, and free of any oils or leave-in conditioners. A blow-dry is included with our service. If your hair requires extensive detangling, an additional fee may apply.
