For the best and most efficient service, please arrive with your hair thoroughly washed, detangled, and stretched (e.g., blow-dried straight), with no oils, conditioners, or other products in it. This ensures a clean foundation for your protective style and allows us to start on time. An additional fee may apply for hair that requires extensive detangling.

Yes! For your convenience, high-quality braiding hair is included in the price for most of our braiding and twist services, including **knotless braids** and **box braids**. Please check the details of your specific service on our Services page or confirm when booking.

We recommend that your natural hair be at least 3-4 inches long for most of our braided styles. This allows for a secure grip and helps ensure the health and safety of your hair. If you have concerns about your hair length, please contact us for a consultation.

With proper care, most of our protective styles, like box braids and Senegalese twists, can last between 4 to 8 weeks. We will provide you with aftercare tips to help you maximize the life of your style while keeping your natural hair healthy.
